We all know water is another name for life. To keep the body healthy and hydrated, we should drink 6 to 8 glasses of water every day. Drinking enough water plays a vital role in keeping our kidneys active, lowering cholesterol, keeping our skin and hair healthy, and keeping our nervous system energetic.

We usually start the day by waking up and drinking a glass of cold water. After a long stressful day, came home from work, tired and sweaty, what we do at first. Yes, grab a glass of cold water from the refrigerator. Did you know that if you drink hot water instead of cold water, it will positively affect your body? Now let’s see the quality of hot water.
